Lilian Ezereth Allen is a passionate and purpose-driven Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern currently pursuing her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Cambridge College. With over a decade of experience in trauma-informed care, behavioral health, and community advocacy, Lilian brings a wealth of real-world insight to her clinical training. She is deeply committed to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds through person-centered approaches, care coordination, and psychoeducation.

Lilian has served in multiple roles, including motivational speaker, mental health technician, behavioral technician, and program manager, consistently applying a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens. Her professional background spans hospital settings, community health programs, and state-funded services, where she has collaborated across interdisciplinary teams to support patients with complex care needs.
